After sending hundreds to order some filters, I can't get my order or talk to phony customer service. They should spend more time taking care of customers than writing fake reviews. All reviews one and 5 stars? Really nothing in between? These people are crooks! They steal and only give back what they have to and keep the rest. Don't get conned with low pricing. You dont get your order.
Purchased a Hayward above ground skimmer. Upon installation and filling the pool, the skimmer body had leaks. I contacted customer service immediately expecting they would send me a new one. NOPE! After spending a day arguing with them, they told me I had to "trouble shoot" the problem with Hayward. WTF?!?! What is there to trouble shoot about a leaking piece of plastic?
Do you really think I am trying to scam you over $70? Learn come customer service Pool Supply World!

Customer service worst ever. Offshore Co. Needed to return purchased pool part that was wrong, CSR. Said I needed to take pic. And Email to her, then she said they would Email FedX return label after 5 calls the gave me part return #. Still no FedX label called back talked to another CSR gave him return # said the # was not in system wants another pic. I Quoted there mission statement and return policy. Never order from this Co.
Extremely poor service. Take orders, lie about shipping dates.
Go elsewhere.
Don't buy from this store! I placed an order on 2/21. On 3/18 I spoke to someone on the phone and told them to cancel my order. I also sent an email. I got an email the next day saying my order shipped and they charged my pay pal account. There is no tracking info and I can't get any answers
I ordered a Polaris pool sweep that arrived defective. I contacted their customer service department and was advised they would not accept the return. I was well with in the 30 day date of delivery. (I did hire someone to install it and ensure it was not working properly and it was confirmed.). I was advised by PoolSupplyWorlds customer service department that the only recourse I had would require me to take it up with the manufacturer. I did contact Polaris and they assisted in trouble-shooting the unit and said that it was in fact defective, as some of the models had issues. They were willing to repair it with a local dealer but this was the heart of summer and I needed a replacement ASAP and I didn't want to repair something that is known to have "issues." I was also still upset that I was unable to return something - particularly that expensive - for a full refund when it arrived defective. I was advised by Polaris that its always a good idea to purchase from an Amazon dealer, or local, as those type of sellers aren't as much of a concern when used. I tried on two additional occasions to get a refund from PoolSupplyWorld - even speaking to a manager twice - well with in the 30 day return period and they would not refund the money for the defective pool sweep. The cost was close to $700. I was forced to take this up with my credit card company and I hope that they do the right thing. As far as I am concerned, Poolsupplyworld has no customer service or integrity and refuses to back the products that they sell and do not honor their own stated return policy. One would be better off buying from Amazon or a local dealer. Very disappointed customer. Wasn't worth the $20 that was saved. They are complete frauds. (This is the first review I have ever written that is negative and its because I want to save others from making the same mistake I did by using this company and hope they will hold themselves to a higher standard and back their own return policy on their products.).
Day 146....
Shortly after posting my reviews on Trust Pilot I received an email from an rma account representative stating that I was being refunded my money. I checked my statement and I wanted to let all of know that after 146 long grueling days I was finally reimbursed my money. Think about that! 146 days of shear frustration I had to endure just to get this company to do what should have been done the minute I let them know about the situation.
For those of you having to continue to endure the same frustration know that I feel your pain. Keep pressing forward we have to try to save others from our past or current dilemma we experienced because of this sham company. Keep posting your reviews so others can be informed of this pathetic company's shady business practices.
My number is still posted in previous reviews so if you're wanting to buy for the first time from pool supply world read my reviews and then give me a call for any additional information you may need.

I ordered a part for my pool skimmer, I typed in my model number and it provided a "replacement item" so I ordered that. When I received it, it did not fit. I tried chatting and speaking to customer service representatives who advised they don't allow returned nor refunds, even though their site brought up the wrong part.
First off, I'm being generous by giving them 1 star! They deserve a ZERO.
I ordered a set of replacement grids directly from their website via an "exploded view" of parts that comprise my filter. Incorrect part was shipped. Contacted immediately via chat: Completely rude and frustrating experience. Chat agent was clueless and was responding from a company playbook with no regard to / knowledge of the actual situation. Customer service is a JOKE. Communication is non-existent. Customer Service insisted I ordered the wrong part -- what a joke -- I ordered it directly from their website.
Box was never opened. RMA department handles all returns and their communication is HORRIBLE (only e-mail when / if they decide to respond -- days go by with no response). Fought with the RMA department for a month before they waived the restocking fee (unopened box), but they kept the $18 return shipping charge in force! The only way they would refund the restocking fee was if I made another purchase from PSW -- Literally held $13.04 hostage until I bought from them again. LAST PURCHASE EVER!
Bottom line: After a month of painful (mostly me trying to get a response) communication, I was charged an $18 return shipping fee -- for the wrong part!
IF you want a complete and utter hassle this is your company. If not, I'd buy from another company.

No service after sale only warranty when buying from pool supply world is 30 days no manufacture warranty. Bought a gecko alliance product thru pool supply world company a gecko board for hot tub less then two years old. Told it has 2 year manufacture warranty... Contacted gecko alliance CANADA no service from either company.MY proof of purchase number EPA36318847
This company is terrible and customer service is non-existent. I placed an order last week and was hoping it would be delivered this week. I track the package today because I never received anything but an order confirmation because I was curious on when I would receive it. Come to find out the package was delivered somewhere on Monday, but not to me, and now I have to wait for them to find it to get my refund. I should be getting the product I paid for or a refund. Your investigation is not my problem and my order or refund should not be delayed because of it. You will never get my business again.
Pool supply world is selling items they don not have in stock. When I heard that the delivery was going to be delayed, I cancelled my order. PSW decided to ship it anyway, and even threaten that if I didn’t accept delivery, that Fed Ex would “take” money from me. What a joke PSW is. The only customer service I received was threats over the phone against my money.
Have in the last three weeks tried with two different sales personnel to get a return label for pool pad not needed. Sent in total of seven photos showing unopened box. No reply from them. I'm sure I'm out of the money paid for this item, took it to fedex and sent it off to manufacture. Never work with these folks again, not customer friendly.
I am so very dissatisfied with this company. I ordered a Polaris pool cleaner that was advertised to adapt to any in ground pool which is a false statement. I had to pay a pool service to advise me this Polaris was not compatible for my pool. I contacted the company with a delayed response. When I finally received a response I was told I had to contact the Polaris company. I tried numerous attempts to contact this company and left numerous messages without success. When I contacted this company again I was told it was past the 30 day return policy and they could not help me. This is a scam.

I never received my Raypak after waiting 10 weeks. It took about an additional 3 weeks and numerous phone calls to get my refund.

I believe they are a legit company, however, their customer service is so bad I think I would recommend NOT doing business with them. If there is any problem with the order you will have hell getting it corrected.

Scam dear I've been on hold 45 mins now after zero success with emailing them and all I ordered was some pool filters
